2 cups sugar 4 tbsp flour 6 egg yolks 3 1/2 cups milk 1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour together , beat egg yolks and add to sugar and flour , add milk. Cook over med to low heat stirring constantly , do not let boil , cook until you can dip a spoon in and it coats the spoon ! Let cool . In a dish add vanilla wafers on the bottom of dish , then cover with sliced banana's , add a layer of custard ! Repeat this until all is used !! I crush some wafers and sprinkle on top ! You can use the egg whites to make a meringue on top !!!
