1 lb. ground beef
4 - 6 green peppers
1 onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 can water or beef broth
1/2 c. ketchup
3/4 c. white rice or Knorr's Spanish Rice, uncooked
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Core green peppers and boil 5 minutes in salted water. Mix all ingredients together. Cut peppers in half and fill with meat mixture. Top with additional ketchup if desired. Bake for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. You may broil the last 5 minutes for a crispy top.
