1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
4 Tbsp. bourbon
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 (8 oz,) box of semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp. parafin

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add bourbon and nuts. Shape in small balls. Chill at least 50 minutes.
Melt semi-sweet chocolate in top of double boiler. Add 1 Tbsp. parafin and melt. Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper to harden.
Makes approximately 7 dozen.
