"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb. ground chuck, room temperature
2 eggs
1 pkg Lipton Beefy Soup Mix
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. dried breadcrumbs
1/3 to 1/2 c. ketchup
1 onion
1 green pepper
Salt, pepper and garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Put meat in large mixing bowl and break up with spoon and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Let sit at room temperature for at least 20 min. Meanwhile, cut onion and green pepper into chunks. Put them into Ninja or blender along with eggs and water. Pulse until finely chopped. Pour over meat. It will look disgusting. Sprinkle Lipton Soup mix and breadcrumbs over meat mixture and add ketchup. Mix thoroughly with WASHED hands. Over-mixing will make the meat tough. Once all of the ingredients look to be incorporated, place in baking dish and shape into meatloaf. It should be approximately 1½" high. Top with additional ketchup as desired. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand 10 min. to make slicing easier.

If you do not want to use a blender for the onion and green pepper, just dice into small pieces and add them along with the eggs and water directly to the room temperature meat.
