Directions:
Roll or press out one roll of dough on lightly floured board to an 8x12 inch rectangle. Spread with about 1/4 c. butter. Sprinkle with 1/3 c. sugar and cinnamon mixed. (optional: 1/4 cup of pecans. walnuts or same amount of raisins can be added). Roll tightly lengthwise like a jelly roll, and seal seam by pinching dough, and turn seam side down. This recipe is also good using about 1/2 to 3/4 c. pie filling instead of cinnamon and sugar to make a fruit roll.
