2 large (20 0z) cans chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated cheese

Topping:
1 pkg. of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted margarine or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple saving 4 tbsp of juice. Add sugar and flour that have been mixed together, and cheese. Put in casserole dish. Cover mixture with Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over crackers. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes.
