2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
chopped parsley
ciabatta bread
prosciutto

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ciabatta bread diagonally and put on grill or grill plan. Brown both sides of bread. Once bread is done, immediately take the garlic clove and rub it onto the bread. The heat will help break down and melt the garlic on the bread. Combine olive oil and lemon juice mixture onto the bread. Add prosciutto and parsley on top. Add salt and pepper as desired.
