1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. apple sauce
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together butter, brown sugar and sugar. Mix egg and applesauce, add and mix into creamed mixture. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves into wet mixture. Fold in raisins. Place in greased pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
