3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 can evaporated milk
1 can creamed corn
1 can drained whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add eggs and mix well. Next add corn and milk, continue to mix. Pour melted butter on top and place in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Bake for approximately 1 hour. Remove from oven when center jiggles just a bit. Very Yummy!
