16 oz package egg noodles or elbow macaroni
16 oz can of spam cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cups Chicken or vegetable stock
8 oz (2 c) cubed colby, velveeta, cheddar or swiss cheese
Salt and pepper to taste (be careful with salt, a lot of the ingredients have salt)

Additions: 1 cup diced onions, diced peppers, diced celery, cooked broccoli, frozen peas,

preheat oven to 350º

Combine broth and soup, pour into buttered 11x13 (3qt) casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients. Cover casserole and bake for 30-40 minutes, or till noodles are done. Stirring halfway through baking. Sauce will thicken as pasta cooks.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving

If adding onions, peppers or celery saute until beginning to soften. This is such a flexible casserole. You can also use ham in place of spam. We loved it with spam.
