2 lbs ground sirloin
1 clove garlic
tbls salt and pepper
2 or more tbls chili powder
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lb cooked spaghetti
2 cans chili hot brown beans
2 small cans tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together the meat, garlic, salt and pepper. Then add the spices, tabasco and Worcestershire sauce.

Then add the beans and tomato sauce and a little water if too thick. Simmer 2 to 3 hours. Add drained spaghettis, as much as you like depending on desired thickness.

I remember Chili-Mac from 4 Corners and Illinois Café in Herrin. When I turned 60 this was the dinner that Janet made for me and it tasted just as I remembered. Awesome!
