2 lemons, juiced
2 eggs
1 tsp. flour
dolmades broth

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the eggs, lemon juice for 10 second in blender. Add flour into the egg mixture, blend 20 seconds. Add cooled down Dolmades broth into blender, blend 20 seconds , MAX! In a Teflon coated pan heat the egg mixture, 2 minutes slowly over medium heat . Remove from heat, let stand a few minutes to thicken. Serve immediately while sauce is warm.
