2 C Flour-sifted Topping---Orange Glaze


2 tsp Baking Powder-sifted
2 tsp Cinnamon-sifted
1 tsp Salt-sifted
1 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
2 C granulated Sugar
4 lg Eggs
3 C Carrots-peeled and grated
1 C Walnuts- chopped
! C Powdered Sugar
1/4 C Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C Orange Juice
1 tsp Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
OVEN 325 70 min greased tube pan
Sift dry ingredients--flour,baking powder, cinnamon and salt
Blend at low speed-veg. oil and sugar
Add 1/2 dry mixture
Alternate eggs with rest of dry ingredients
Fold carrots and nuts into mix. Bake
Top with orange glaze when cooled
For glaze----Combine-powdered sugar,cornstarch,salt, orange and lemon juices
Blend
Pour over top of cake and let drizzle down the sides
