7 large strawberries hauled and rinsed
1/2 piece of ginger, peeled and chopped into 4 chunks
1/2 c greek yogurt or coconut milk
1/4 c quick oats (omit for paleo)
1/2 tsp vanilla
milk of choice, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until throughly combined.You can add milk as required to thin out the smoothie to your desired thickness.
