3 med peeled and diced potatoes
1/3 c celery diced
1/3 c onion diced
2 c chopped ham
4 c chicken broth
2 chicken bouillon cubes
S & P to taste
5 T butter
5 T flour
2 c milk
1 c grated cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, celery, onions in chicken broth - cook until potatoes are tender - add 2 chicken bouillon cubes and S & P.

In a separate pan melt butter - add flour - whisk until thick - add milk slowly. Cook, stirring constantly until thick - about 4 - 5 min. Pour into potato stock, add ham and cheese. Heat and serve.
