1/2 lb elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c milk
2 c shredded sharp or mild cheddar cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
1) preheat oven to 400º
2) Spray mini muffen pans with cooking spray
3) Cook paste according to direction on package & set aside.
4) In medium sause pan combine butter and flour over medium heat. Whisk untilbutter is melted and mixture is smooth. Slowly add milk, and bring to simmer. Add 1 1/2 cups of ncheese, cream cheese, salt, and pepper. stir until smoothand creamy. Remove from heat.
5) In a large bowl, carefully stir pasta, cheese sauce, and egg until evenly mixed and pasta is evenly coated.
6) Spoonb mac & cheese into mini muffin tins and top with a pinch of remaining cheese. Bake at 400º for 15 Min or until golden brown.
7) Allow to cool 5 min before gently removing the bites
