Sift together 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, and 1 tsp salt.
Boil 2 sticks oleo, 3 Tbsp cocoa, 1 c. water.

Frosting:
1 stick oleo
4 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp cocoa

Directions:
Pour over dry ingredients. Add 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. buttermilk, 1 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp soda. Pour in greased sheet cake pan. Bake 400 for 20 minutes.

For frosting boil oleo, milk, cocoa. Add 1 pound powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread on cake while hot.
