2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oleo
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp soda
4 c. raw apples chopped fine
1/2 c. coconut

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oleo. Add eggs. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients with sugar mixture. Add apples and coconut. Bake 350 45 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients. Pour over cake while warm.
