4 lbs of London broil beef or flank steaks

2 tsp of black pepper.

2 tsp of chili powder.

2 tsp of garlic powder.

2 tsp of cayenne pepper.

2 tsp of onion powder.

1 splash of liquid smoke.

¼ c of soy sauce or low sodium soy sauce.

½ cup of Worcestershire sauce.

½ cup of Frank’s red hot sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
First, trim all the fat off the meat then cut the steaks into 4 inch strips.

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined then refrigerate covered overnight.

In cookie sheets lined with foil, arrange the steak strips.

On a preheated oven to 150°F bake for 6 hours turning halfway through.
