Ingredients:  
1 c. flour
3 TB sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp orange zest
¼ tsp nutmeg
1/3 c. butter
1 c. rolled quick oats
½ c. chopped pecans
¼ c. orange juice
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Cut in butter well. Stir in oats & pecans
Mix egg & orange juicej and add to above, Dough will be sticky
Roll out to 6 inch circle and cut into 8 wedges – sprinkle with additional sugar (optional)
Bake at 400 degrees 10-12 minutes or when light brown.
