1 pkg yellow cake mix – mixed according to package
5 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. sugar
2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place mixed cake in 9 x 11 baking pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar well and sprinkle on top of cake mix.

Pour cream over all. Shake side to side to settle
Bake 300 degrees 1 hour. Cool and serve cut up side down. Top with dollop of whipped cream on top.
Note: do not mix rhubarb and sugar ahead as it gets watery. 12 servings
