½ c. butter
1 c. whipping cream
¼ c. honey
¼ c. pineapple/apricot preserves

1 1`/2 tsp cornstarch
¼ c. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, honey, cream and jam till bubbly. Blend corn starch and OJ and stir into honey mixture with whisk. Heat until smooth and thickened. Place in fondue pan or other dish and provide small separate dishes per person to hold their fondue. Dip fruit/pastries in honey fondue and enjoy!!

Dip options: Banana chunks, apple slices, pound cake squares, donut holes, strawberries, fresh pineapple
