4 large granny smith apples, peeled and sliced thin
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
½ cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Fill a 9” pie pan two thirds full of apples, Mix 1 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Mix cup of sugar, flour, melted butter, egg and walnuts and spread over apples, covering apples completely. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly and browned.
