1 1/4 lbs. Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
2 Tbsp. canola oil
Kosher salt and ground pepper
3 Tbsp. pomegranate molasses
Seeds from 1 pomegranate
1/2 c coarsely chopped toasted hazelnuts
finely grated zest of lime
1 tbsp. finely grated orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375.
Put brussel sprouts in hot water, blanch them for 1 min.
toss them in canola oil and season them. Put inmed.roasting pan.
Roast until golden brown and a knife in center goes in without resistance, about 45 min.
Put in bowl add molasses (can use balsammic dressing) seeds, nuts juice and zests. Add salt if needed.
