3 medium onions finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 c. "catchup"
3 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. brown sugar packed
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. red pepper sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in veg. oil till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
