2 - 3 oz. package Jell-O - any flavor
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins (soaked in water first)
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 - 1/2 c. apples (@ 1 large), diced with or without the skin
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. cold water

Soft set Jell-O in oiled mold for 1 - 1/4 hours. Stir in ingredients. Chill overnight.
