2, 3 or 4 Cornish Game Hens
Box of rice mix with wild rice
Red Currant jelly
Lemon juice
Grey Poupon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice per box directions. Stuff hens and roast in 325º oven for about 1 hour or until legs pull apart easily. If only 2 put extra rice in small casserole dish.

Mix jar of jelly with 2 T. Mustard and juice of 1 lemon, in small saucepan until jelly melts. Pour some sauce over Hens and roast for 15 more minutes. Keep rest of jelly sauce to serve at table.
