Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1/4 t salt
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 T butter melted in a glass
2 T butter, cut into 6 even pieces

Directions:
Directions:
spray popover pan with oil
preheat oven to 425º
preheat popover cups 2 minutes
blend flour, salt, eggs, milk, and melted butter until consistency of heavy cream
put small piece of butter in each of 6 cups
put in oven until butter bubbles
fill each cup with batter (about 1/2 full)
bake 20 minutes
reduce temp to 325º
bake 20 minutes more
