Ingredients:
4 extra large eggs
1 T milk
½ t salt
4 cups flour (approximate)

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs, milk and salt in large bowl. Start beating with a fork and gradually add flour. When dough is past the sticky stage you may want to use hands. Add enough flour that you can work dough well. Knead the dough several times.
The amount of flour depends on the size of the eggs. If you don’t use extra large eggs you want need as much flour.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts and roll on floured surface until thin, be sure to roll edges. Let dry until they will not stick together when cutting. Cut circle in half, lay on top of the other. Cut the long way about 2 inch strips. Slice real thin, this will be the length of your noodles. Cook in hot seasoned broth.
These will keep in the freezer up to 6 weeks.
