2-3lb swiss steak or London broil
Salt & pepper to taste
Flour-a couple tablespoons
Onion –sliced
Potatoes-peeled
Carrots
Cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
On meat use meat tenderizer and seasoning. Salt and pepper. Flour meat and brown in large roasting pan with small amount of oil. Place in 400º oven covered for 45 minutes. You may need to add a little water to keep meat from sticking. Remove from oven and add potatoes and carrots. Mix cream of mushroom soup with can of water and pour over meat and vegetables. Reduce oven temp to 325º and cook additional 2 hours (covered) until meat is tender and vegetables are done.
