4 egg yolks lightly beaten
1 cup sugar
Juice of 2 oranges
Grated rind of ½ orange
Little lemon juice and rind
1/2 shredded coconut
1/2 c chream whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except coconut and cream. Cook in double boiler. Add in remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator.
*Good for pudding, angel food cake, fruit cake, ice cream
