1 c. honey or 1 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. cinnamon (overflow)
other spices as desired (nutmeg, cloves, ginger, etc.)
1 can (2 1/2 lbs.) pumpkin
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 large can evaporated milk
juice of 1 medium orange

Directions:

1. Mix honey (brown sugar) with spices and pumpkin.
2. Add eggs, milk, orange juice. Stir until well blended.
3. Pour into two 9” pans, pastry lined.
4. Bake at 450º F for 10 minutes, then 325º F for 45-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
