2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs until light and gradually stir in sugar.
2. Add flour, baking powder and salt (sifted together).
3. Add vanilla, nuts, and apples.
4. Baked in greased square pan at 350º F for 35 minutes.
5. Serve hot or cold with lemon sauce, whipped cream, or ice cream.
