2# ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 12 oz can tomato paste
1 4 oz can mushroom pieces, drained
1 3.5 oz pkg sliced pepperoni
2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
1 tsp Italian seasoning

8 cups water
1 cup each: elbow, bow tie, shell pasta

2 cups shredded mozzerella

Directions:

in Dutch oven cook beef, onions and pepper, drain

add garlic, cook 1 minute

stir in water, tomato paste, mushrooms, pepperoni and sauce mix and seasoning

bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 1 hour


cook pasta, stir into tomato sauce

transfer to greased 13x9 dish

bake 350 30 minutes

sprinkle with cheese bake 5-10 more minutes
