1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 T. butter
1 egg yolk
1 T. chopped pecans
1 tsp. dark rum or sherry
1/3 c. whipping cream, whipped
shaved semi sweet chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, water and butter in small saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat.
2. Let boil for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat and cool.
4. Beat egg yolk in small bowl until thick, lemon coloured.
5. Gradually beat in cooled sugar mixture.
6. Stir in pecans and rum.
7. Fold in whipped cream.
8. Divide into ramekins/dishes and freeze until firm.
9. Let soften in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
10. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
