2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 egg whites
6 T. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
2. Place over boiling water.
3. Beat for 7 minutes or until stiff peaks are formed.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Ice cooked cake at once.
