Ham & Cheese Stromboli Recipe

3 T. coarse grain mustard
2 T. honey
all purpose flour
1 lb. frozen prepared bread dough (thawed)
3/4 lb. sliced swiss cheese
1 lb. thinly sliced boiled (or other) ham
1 egg, slightly beaten
caraway seeds (optional, but I use them)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In small bowl, combine mustard and honey.
3. On lightly floured surface, roll or pat dough to make 11” x 15” rectangle.
4. Brush dough with honey mustard mixture.
5. Layer cheese over surface, leaving 1” edge on long sides of rectangle.
6. Then layer ham over the cheese.
7. Repeat with remaining cheese and ham.
8. From the long side, fold in toward centre, carefully folding meat/cheese with the dough.
9. Fold over again to cover filling.
10. Pinch seam and ends tightly to close.
11. Place on baking sheet and brush with beaten eggs.
12. Sprinkle with caraway.
13. Bake at 400º F until golden brown.
14. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing in to 1” slices.
