Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pounds ground pork (bulk sausage will be fine)
1 large onion chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cans black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
2 c water
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 T beef bouillon granules ( or you could use beef broth and not use the water)
1 T molasses
1 t Worcestershire
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t cumin

Cook the pork onion and garlic until no longer pink. Add everything , simmer for 45 minutes.
