Ingredients:  
4 skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts
1/4 c Vegetable Oil
1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 lb Mushrooms sliced
1/2 Lemon. thinly sliced
1 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/2 C dry white wine
1 can ( 14 oz) Whole artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4 inch thickness between 2 sheets of wax paper
Cut into 2 inch squares
Heat oil over med. heat.
Add chicken and cook for 2-3 min. a side, until tender and opaque
Remove chicken and keep warm
Add to pan garlic, lemon,and mushrooms and cook 3-5 min. until tender
Sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper and oregano
Cook, stirring, for 1 min.
Add wine and bring to a boil. Stir until mixture thickens
add artichokes and chicken to pan.
Simmer for 2 min.
