1-3lb Slap Your Ma'ma Seafood Boil
4 Packages (12 count) Frozen Corn Cobbettes
15lbs Small Red Potatoes
8-10lbs Smoked Sausage/Cajun Sausage
50-75lbs Live Crawfish or 12-15lbs Frozen peel and eat Shrimp
1 Bunch Celery
2-3lbs Lemons
6-8 large onions
2 packages whole button mushrooms...optional
1 jar peeled whole garlic cloves
1 6-pack Beer (Old Milwaukee or Budweiser)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut sausage into 1-1/2 inches, onions into quarters, lemons in half and celery bunch into chunks leaves and all.
Use 80qt-100qt pot and fill approx 1/2 full with water
Squeeze lemons and add to pot followed by celery, garlic and beer.
Add 1lb of seasoning, remember you can always add more if not as spicy as you like.
Heat to slow boil.
Add potatoes, let come to a boil and boil 10min
Add corn, let come to boil and boil for 10 min
Add sausage, let come to boil and boil for 10 min
Add shrimp or crawfish and turn off heat and let soak for 5 min for shrimp - For crawfish add to pot and boil for 10 min then turn off heat and soak for 10-15 min

Dump contents onto newspaper covered table and enjoy
