4 Eggs- separated
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 C Lime Juice (Key Limes preferred)
6 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
Zest of 4 Limes
1 baked pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks..Add condensed milk and lime juice
Beat until thick
Pour into baked pie shell

For Topping 4 Egg Whites

Beat Egg Whites blend sugar and cream of tartar
Beat until stiff peaks form
Add to top of pie
Bake until golden broen---12 min
