6 breasts of chicken
1/2 stick butter
2 T oil
2 10oz pack of frozen chopped spinach ( you can sub broccoli)
1/2 c mayo
1/4 c sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 T lemon juice
1 t curry powder
1/2 c sharp cheese
1/2 c corn flake crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in butter and oil for 10 minutes. Cook spinach. Squeeze dry. Spread spinach in bottom of casserole. Top with chicken. Mix mayo sour cream soup lemon and curry. Pour over chicken Top with cheese and crumbs. 350 for 25 minutes.
