Honey Sesame Sauce:
1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1/2 c. Honey
2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp. Cornstarch

Chicken Bowls:
3 c. Cooked Rice
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
6 Cups of Chopped Vegetables (I usually use broccoli, zucchini, and snow peas. But you could also use squash, bell peppers, onions, cauliflower etc.)
1/4 c. Sesame Oil
Garlic Flavor God or other seasonings
1 tbsp. Hot Chili Oil
2 Large Chicken Breasts, diced into 1 inch pieces
Salt & Pepper
2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
2 tsp. Chili Powder
Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all sauce ingredients and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add veggies, flavor god seasonings, and additional sesame oil. After veggies are cooked and tender, set aside.

3. Heat hot chili oil in pan. Add chicken, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and chili powder. Cook until chicken is cooked through.

4. Add the sauce mixture to the chicken, let the sauce boil 2 minutes, remove from heat and allow the sauce to slightly cool until thick.

5. In a bowl, add rice, veggie mixture, chicken, and drizzle sauce on top. Add a generous amount of sesame seeds. Top with sriracha if desired.
