a bunch of chicken breast
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c butter
muenster cheese (in slices)
sliced mushrooms
bread crumbs (the kind you get in a carton)
Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in egg. Dip in bread crumbs seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in butter until brown, but not cooked (just a few minutes). Place in 9 x 13 pan, top with mushrooms and cheese, unless you hate mushrooms, in which case just go for the cheese. Bake 350 30 minutes.
