2 heads of romaine lettuce, washed and dried well
1 large bunch of red, seedless grapes, washed and cut in half
1 c. of slivered almonds, toasted
1/2 c. feta cheese
3-5 green onions, sliced finely
Girard's light champagne vinaigrette dressing, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Hand shred the romaine lettuce into a large bowl. Add the grapes, toasted almonds, feta cheese, and green onions. Toss with dressing and mix well.

You can also substitute strawberries or mandarin oranges for the grapes.
