3 c flour
1 t soda
1 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
`/2 t ginger
1/2 t instant coffee

1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c molasses
1/4 c boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
SIft dry. Cream butter and sugar. Blend molasses and water. Add drys to mix. Chill 2 hours. Roll 1/8" thick. Cut with donut cutter. Put circle of center on top of cut open O for head on legs. Slice top of O for arms. Raisin eyes, red hot mouth, buttons. 375 7 - 9 minutes. Cool 1 min before removing from pan
