3 cups flour
1/2 cup water (more or less)
1 tsp salt
1 cup and 2 tbs Crisco (maybe more)

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour into mixing bowl. Mix with salt.
Using a pastry blender, fork or hand, cut shortening into the flour mixture until the particles are the size of peas.
Sprinkle with water; mixing lightly with a fork until all flour is moist.
Gather dough together with fingers until ball is formed.
Divide in two and roll flat to make pie crusts.
