3 oz cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 egg yolk
1 t vanilla
1 t fine orange rind
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 t salt
1/4 t cinnamon

Cream short and cheese. Add sugar. Beat in egg yolk, vanilla, orange rind. Sift flour with slat and cinnamon. Add Put in press and form on ungreased cookie sheet. Decorate with cinnamon sugar 12-15 minutes at 350
