2 tbs oil
2 lb beef round steak, cut into serving size pieces
1/2 c flour
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 onions, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet. Coat steak with flour and brown in the oil. Remove; set aside.
2. Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in bottom of Crock Pot
3. Place steak on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Pour the tomatoes and tomato sauce over the meat.
5. Cover; cook on low for 10 hours or high for 6 hours.
