2 containers of large Mushrooms
1 lb Pork Sausage crumbled
1 lb Velveeta Cheese
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t garlic powder
1 t oregano
1 t salt
1 t black pepper
1 stack Buttercrisp crackers(Keeblers) Crushed into fine ground
2 t red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Mushrooms and remove stems
Cook sausage in frying pan (break it down to look like hamburg)
chop up Mushroom stems and add to sausage
Add all spices
Add cheese and let it all melt into sausage
shut heat off and add crushed crackers mix well
sprinkle bottom of baking pan with garlic salt
Fill mushroom tops with sausage mix and place in baking pan on garlic salt
BAKE in oven at 425 degrees 15 minutes
